Casa Principal and El Nido (Sleeps 12)

From €3,240 to €6,050 per week depending on the season. Please contact us for further information and the rates for your dates!

• Low-Season minimum stay: 2 nights

• Mid-Season minimum stay: 5 nights

• High-Season minimum stay: 7 nights

Price includes:

• Bed linen and towels.

• Daily Housekeeping (except weekends).

• Free WiFi. Satellite TV.

• First basket of logs for the fire.

• Central heating (included from November to March, in the unlikely event central heating is required in April or October, we charge €60 a night).

ARRIVAL

Arrival time is no earlier than 4:00 PM and departure at 10:00 AM. We prefer Saturday arrival and departure during the High-Season, but will be flexible during the remainder of the year if we can. 

RESERVATION

At the time of reservation we require 50% of the total payment.
The balance is due 2 months (60 days) in advance of your arrival date. Reservations made with less than 2 months prior to arrival must send 100% of payment at the time of booking.

All prices include Government taxes.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A €500 damage security deposit is required (payable with your balance), which will be returned within one week of your departure, provided no breakage or damage has been caused beyond normal wear and tear, and the house is left in a reasonably clean condition.

Pets are welcome, but by prior arrangement only and at a small extra charge, please contact us for further information.
