What's included
Bed linen and towels.
Daily Housekeeping (except weekends).
Free WiFi. Satellite TV.
First basket of logs for the fire.
Central heating (included from November to March, in the unlikely event central heating is required in April or October, we charge €60 a night).
Payments
At the time of reservation we require 50% of the total payment.
The balance is due 2 months (60 days) in advance of your arrival date. Reservations made with less than 2 months prior to arrival must send 100% of payment at the time of booking.
All prices include Government taxes.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A €500 damage security deposit is required (payable with your balance), which will be returned within one week of your departure, provided no breakage or damage has been caused beyond normal wear and tear, and the house is left in a reasonably clean condition.
Arrival
Arrival time is no earlier than 4:00 PM and departure at 10:00 AM, unless agreed otherwise. We prefer Saturday arrival and departure during the High-Season, but will be flexible during the remainder of the year if we can.
Special Offer* - Arrive Early / Stay Late - EUR150
Arrive as early as you like on the first day and stay as late as you like on the last day. Great for a long weekend, you can pay for just 2 nights but enjoy 3 full days!
