Making Fig Jam
This week we are making the most of our figs and blackberries! It’s the first time we’ve made Blackberry Jam and I burnt my mouth in my haste to taste it – fortunately it was worth it!
Homes for our birds
Our clever friend, Alejandro, has made these very cute bird boxes/houses to distribute amongst the trees at La Cazalla. We are looking forward to seeing if our feathered friends like their new homes!
