Please contact us for further information and the rates for your dates!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Low-Season minimum stay: 3 nights<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mid-Season minimum stay: 5 nights<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High-Season minimum stay: 7 nights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Price includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ropa de cama y toallas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daily Housekeeping (except weekends)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free WiFi. Satellite TV.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Primera cesta de le\u00f1a para la chiminea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Central heating (included from November to March, in the unlikely event central heating is required in April or October, we charge \u20ac30 a night).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arrival Time:<\/strong><br>Arrival time is no earlier than 4:00 PM and departure at 10:00 AM. We prefer Saturday arrival and departure during the High-Season, but will be flexible during the remainder of the year if we can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pre-arrival shopping service is available.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the time of reservation we require 50% of the total payment.<br>The balance is due 2 months (60 days) in advance of your arrival date.<br>Reservations made less than 2 months prior to arrival must send 100% of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Todos los precios incluyen impuestos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>\u20ac500 damage security deposit<\/strong> is required (payable with your balance), which will be returned within one week of your departure, providing no breakage or damage has been caused beyond normal wear and tear, and the house is left in a reasonably clean condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deposit payments made online via card.
